Good quality
Although it didn’t relieve my back pain, I find it a great stool. Well built and easy to use. As the base is not completely flat, you need to use legs and core to keep the balance which is not difficult at all. The effort is minimal. The sit is quite firm.

No assembly needed - lovely sleek design and so comfortable! I absolutely love this and feel it is well worth the cost! Couldn't do without it.
