UPDATE............Still giving 4 stars because it ripped but this place have stellar customer service. Within 24hrs of contacting them they have 2-day mailed me a replacement with many apologies.I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this company again.The swing has a 100% lifetime warranty and that's a company that stands behind their products.A++++Original ReviewHave to give this 1 star. It did not come with the straps and carabiners pictured. Additionally, the instructions say, "Hanging hardware not include." However the pictures and the parts list on the listing include straps and carabiners. I will change my review to five stars and update this review if the seller will send me the missing parts.

Just out this swing in our tree tonight. It came with 2 tree straps and 2 ropes that connect at 4 points on the swing plus 2 carabeeners and a tool to tighten all the bolts. It was very easy to set up using the instructions sent with the product. Time will tell how long it lasts and how much weight it holds but it’s seems sturdy enough for 1-2 people with regular use. Will add to post over time. Overall I’m very happy with the product so far! Perfect addition to our family climbing tree!
