Q: Can this be used with regular tees?

Yes regular tees will work fine

Q: What are the dimensions.

Overall length is 2'3" (27"), bottom base is 2 3/8" diameter X 4" long. I'm 6'8" and this Tee Pal works absolutely great for me. Only thing is if you push the standing pin in the ground to stand the Tee Pal up during tee off, don't put it too far in the ground. The pin may come out. Mine did but I got it back in through the spring ok and tapped it in firm. Have no further problems. Great tool!!!
