I'm surprised that it plays video so well at this price point
Bought as a media server and it has exceeded my expectations. I bought a similar fanless mini PC a couple months back and it was completely overwhelmed trying to play even medium resolution video, but this one works quite well, even with fairly high res video (note that I haven't yet tried 4K though). Longer term I want to switch it to Linux, but so far using the preinstalled version of Windows without activating has worked fine. I haven't tried using it for either gaming or for applications, but I'm guessing gaming will be a complete fail and apps will probably be fine as long as the demands aren't too high.
