This thing is the coolest! We told all our friends and family we were getting a microwave drawer and they had never heard of such a thing and didn't know what to say until they saw it! It is SO NICE not having to have a microwave on the counter. My wife is short so we couldn't really add a microwave above our built in double ovens, so I came across this in my research - THE SECOND BEST DECISION OF THE ENTIRE REMODEL! Absolutely no complaints! The price point is perfect and it matches seamlessly with our other Whirlpool appliances. Must purchase!

We are very pleased with this purchase. The first microwave was damaged (when we opened the box that it came in, there was noticeable damage to the microwave) and Amazon replaced promptly. The replacement arrived in great condition, was easy to install, however, you need a helper to install it because it weights about 100lbs. The microwave not only looks great in my kitchen island, but is very quiet and very easy to use. The display/controls are angled to be easy visible from a standing position. Again, we are very happy with this microwave.

I knew it would be damaged by looking at the box it came in. Completely smashed glass door. Cosmo is horrible at customer service. They will lie to you and say “your part is shipping tomorrow” every time you call them for an update. Don’t purchase any Cosmo appliance if you care about customer service.

This is a very nice unit. Easy to clean, I wouldn’t say there’s great value there since the price is pretty high. The only negative I would say as there is no reheat or dinner plate button.

Product arrived on time and was very easy to install! Might need 2 people if you aren’t a heavy lifter! Looks great in the kitchen. Dimensions are exact

We just installed this microwave and it’s awesome! Super easy installation. I love the drawer factor as well. It’s a great microwave.

Broke in two months

Arrived from shipping damaged and broken 3x. I finally gave up and will buy this elsewhere
