I washed in cold water and dried on low heat and shirt still shrunk

Not 60% Polyester, 40% Cotton as advertised. Instead it is 100% cotton. Had I known it was not a blend, I would not have purchased it.

The fabric is listed as 60% polyester and 40% cotton. It’s 100% cotton. The photo and description made it sound like it’s a performance/dry fit shirt, it’s just a basic t shirt. Not even soft cotton.
