Perfect!! Worth every penny!
Worth every penny! It's does fit and work well with ipad pro 12.9 inch (4th gen) A2069. I called the manufacturer (not the seller) and was told that they can't tell me it works for my ipad bc it is specifically made for and compatible with the ipad that is listed in the description. She said I can try it but some features may not work bc it wasn't made for the 4th gen ipad pro. So, I did and it works perfect. No issues so far. Plus, the vest thing about it, is you never have to charge the case like most others. The case gets it's charge from the ipad itself. And you can use it with or without the keyboard. It easily detaches and reattaches. The only thing I wish they would add is a lil piece to pull to open the case easier. It's not a deal breaker but would allow for easier opening since when it is closed the edges are flush together. So you have to find the separation and use your fingers to slide between the opening to pull apart and open. Overall great case.

A reasonably good but limited alternative to Magic Keyboard
As a low-cost alternative to Apple Magic Keyboard, this is a good one. Its keyboard works just as fine. I don't know how long it will last (the life span of Apple Magic Keyboard is about one year, based on my own unhappy experience after two purchases). However, the design of this key board is not really good. Perhaps out of concerns of IPR violations, Logitech opts for a design that is inferior to the Magic Keyboard. It's very hard to support the iPad on your knees with the Logitech because its "leg" keeps collapsing. On a flat surface, it works fine.

I received my package with no pen in it and I’m wondering what to do about it

Better than Apple
Better for me than the Apple Magic Keyboard. Protects my iPad and has. Removable keyboard. Fit is perfect and typing is easy.

Manufacturers defects keep buttons and connectors from lining up, just enough to make it not work
This Ipad Pro case had several manufacturers defects that were very hard to overlook, first the top volume button was constantly being pressed by a cross support that was 2mm out of place, in addition the back of the case was warped and would not make contact with the 3 metal pads for keyboard connectivity. After hours of trying to get through to their support I had to shave down the support next to the volume buttons and apply double stick tape to the back of the case and tablet to make it stay connected so the keyboard would work. In addition they keyboard draws a significant amount of power from the tablet battery. It's also incredibly heavy the kick stand feels like you are just flexing a metal plate. I would honestly go with an apple keypad or a generic bluetooth keyboard over this, less headache. I'm a big fan of Logitech for PC gaming like the g502 mouse but they really missed the mark on this case.

Better than apple
When I bought my iPad pro 3 years ago I picked up the apple Magic Keyboard as well. Big mistake. Within a year of having it the cheap silicone was peeling off, showing the internals under and around the edges.Logitech has done a superb job on this design. I’m not worried anything like that is going to happen and because this one has a fabric layer on the outside, it’s hard to even notice oils from my hands, if at all. Wish I had bought this all those years ago. The keys have a slightly brighter clicking noise, but they’re not overly loud. Also the extra feature buttons, allowing me to quickly turn off and on volume, especially obnoxious YouTube adds, probably something I will never want to live without again.
