BulovaC4826 Light Time Wall Clock, Champagne

I put off purchasing this for about two years because it seemed like too much of an indulgence. But now that I have it I absolutely love it. It's quality is so apparent. It is beautiful, keeps time perfectly, and lights up at night so that I always know exactly what time it is. Its perfect for a LOL like me, who wakes at night and gets a little disoriented. Somehow it is very comforting.

I ordered this clock over 3 years ago; and it still has the original batteries I placed in it. Using it in my bedroom, it's easy to read at night and doubles as a nightlight. This Bulova clock can also be used outside, for it is weather resistant. I would definitely order again if in need of another clock.

I have the exact same clock in my other bathroom, had it for years . I love that you can always read the time no matter the darkness of your bathroom.

I purchased this as part of a package deal. This clock and the Bulova C4827 Temp-A-Light Wall Thermometer were offered together on amazon for 120 dollars and change. I thought they were a set. They're both 14' in diameter, they both have night-time lights built in, they both have the same font type and the same outer bezel. I even saw a picture of the two in an after dark setting, and they looked very similar. But, as it turns out, they are not "twins" by any means. The LEDs in the clock produce a green tinted light, while the LEDs in the thermometer emit an amber tint. The light sensor in the clock is variable, while the light sensor in the thermometer is simply on/off. So, there's the cons.The pros are numerous! The clock is dead-on accurate, the thermometer reads the exact same temperature as the app on my android. The over-all look of the clock and thermometer is very pleasing to the eye - not too modern and not too old-fashioned. (Maybe I'm dating myself.)Since they look so good and they work so well, I'm giving them 5 stars. But, I'd be even more pleased if the two units were more like twins - same color illumination, same sensor type, and... Well, I guess those are the only two suggestions I would make to the manufacturer.ETA: The price is way more than fair, too.

Easy to read even in the dark.

I returned this clock. It was made out of plastic, not glass as described on the website. The craftsmanship does not reach the level required for this clock’s price.

Hi,I just got this last night and thought I would post some initial comments for any potential buyers. I was initially giving it as a gift for a garage clock because the last few cheaper clocks they used stop working and this one was stated as indoor outdoor. But it looked so nice they wanted it inside. The clock seems well made and is heavy. The sides that are the champagne kind of a silver/beige color are metal. The clock is made in China but I guess to get a clock made anywhere else would cost more money. It takes 1 AA for the clock and 4 d batteries for the light to come on. The light comes on when it is dark from a photo sensor near the 7. The light turns the face from a white to a gold and looks very nice and illuminates very well with lights at the 12,6, 9, and 3. forget the dimensions but it around a foot tall. Might want to double check that one though. Also I purchased through Expressions of Time. They shipped very quick and the item arrived in good packaging. I recommend these guys. We were looking for a wall clock for our bedroom that could be read at night. Searching Amazon we found this Bulova lighted clock. It is perfect. The face is clean and is easily read in the daytime, and with the lighted dial at night, it's just as easily read if you're half asleep, roll over and want to know what time it is. The lighted dial is fairly bright and doubles as a night light in our room. We have no problem with it, but I can see if someone needs total darkness to sleep, it could be a problem. There is no adjustment for the light, which would be nice. It's either on or off. Overall it's a great clock, quiet and keeps good time. Highly recommend and would buy again.Update; Still love this clock and still on the first set of batteries 9 months later. (It takes 4 D cells to power the night lights.)
