Silicone Mold for Baking 7-inch Heart Upgraded Edition Mold Chocolate Mousse Cake Dessert Molds (3D Round)

I thought this was a whimsical purchase, but it's actually a great way to get those modern-art-shaped Entremets. I did have to carefully fill the mold to make sure it was all the way filling those rounded edges, but it looks great and takes a mirror glaze well.It's easy to demold, but the mousse does have to be frozen absolutely solid, ideally overnight.

Giving 5* cause mold looks really good, solid material , nice done.....But i should read cause it's really small, i expected a little biggerIf you are looking for big mold , don't takeBut if you are looking for medium-small size mold i recommend that one

it makes good reforms but it’s a little hard to get out in one piece
