ShoeCue: Athletic Shoe Inserts for Running - M

I purchased the ShoeCue: Athletic Shoe Insert about 2 weeks ago and they have greatly Improved by running in that I am more aware of when I strike my heel and they help me to prevent doing so. As a result my knee pain is much better. I think they will also add to the life of my running shoes. I am an avid jogger and have been for over 20 years. I would highly recommend these inserts for runners/joggers who have a tendency to strike their heel.

I have only been using for past week or so but I have noticed a difference in my running technique being aided by the ShoeCue. I'd recommend this if you're looking to improve running mechanics and limit hell striking and the negative effects long term.

I really had very high hopes for this insert; I am a runner, and I am tired of getting injured. I watched the Reverend’s product review on Youtube, and he highly recommended it. He was not very convincing, but I liked the company he works, so I just wanted to give it a try. It did not help. I used Milestone on my shoes to measure to see if my foot strike would change. It did not happen. I did not want to return it because I had to cut the insert based on my shoe size, which is good hypotetically. But, once you cut it, it does not make sense to give it back. Just did not work for me. Not recommend.

Not my sort of shoe insert as they left my heel feeling a bit raw the rest of the day.

Awesome product that gives you great, instant feedback on your running form. It feels like one of those products that has just the right amount of engineering/technology in it to do its job and not get in your way.This is my second pair as I replace them as often as I replace my running shoes (every 250-300 miles).

Doesn't really help my run pattern to landing on my toes

What a great company. I have read the reviews and after purchasing and receiving the product they are EXACTLY as advertised. While only time will tell if they work to fix my horrific running form, based on the reviews thus far I am extremely optimistic and appreciate the fast and accurate service from this company.
