I went to the doctor was given Iron tablets and it was a no go for me. I stop taking the Iron tablets. My husband purchased Floradix Iron and Herbs. Game changer. Just a reminder when taking Iron you need to take vitamin C (on a empty stomach or before eating) and take vitamin D3 (when you have eaten food). My fav iron supplement, not the best taste very herby if that's a word, but when thing are good for you it never taste well. I suffer for anemia so this gets my iron up very fast when low.

My wife made me order it several times for her and for my daughter. I guess it's good for women, when they have their thing once a month. I rather don't ask, just keep buying it.

I was taking years ago when I was younger and I'm so glad to have found it again it's helping with my hair. I feel like it's helping with my nerves and the tastes. It's OK. You can do it. Highly recommend it.
