The 65" LG tv was very good and worth the price. Now I will relate a learning curve for future buyers of these big screen tvs no matter the manufacturer.Learn experience: We had a storm electrical issue which burned out all our electronics Evan though they were all on ground fault protectors. If your tv fails for some reason LG will try to fix it with local techs and two 12x12" modules.Now the lesson is BE VERY CAUTIOUS ABOUT THE SCREEN IT IS VERY SUSCEPTIBLE TO DAMAGE IT TOUCHED TOO HARD OR LAYED AGAINST WALL OR LAYED FLAT AND PREASURE APPLIED. This applies to all manufacturers of these bigger tvs. I was surprised by this not having any experience with this new technology.Again, I loved the tv, good picture, sound and operation.

Aside from the fact that fed ex left the box uncovered in my driveway during a rainstorm, uncovered, and didn't so much as ring the doorbell, everything as great. Obviously this was not the sellers fault and luckily someone was home and noticed the truck driving away. The LG Nanocell 80 series arrived way ahead of schedule by about a week. The box was undamaged and was packaged well. The picture is incredible compared t my old TV. We use Roku and the picture is great whether you go through the smart tv or the Roku stick. The remote is a little difficult to get used to but like all things I'm sure this will come with time. Definitely needed two people to get the TV out of the box and set up but it was pretty easy to get done. Once out of the box the TV was really easy to set up and didn't take much time to update and get going. Overall I'm pretty happy with the TV and would buy again from this seller.

However, I had to write a review on this TV...it is absolutely amazing in so many aspects! Starting with setting up the unit, it was shockingly easy..no cables or wires! Had it up and running in under 5 mins. Secondly, from the TV to the remote, it is extremely user friendly and easy to understand! The "hardest" part was linking aprevious apps to the new TV. I had them all linked in under 5 mins as well..Thirdly, the picture quality (once it dialed itself in with the internet) is positively beautiful! There are a good handful of screen selections, I chose the "vivid" setting, and the colors really pop on screen, but stay realistic.Overall, LG has outdone themselves on this one. "Bang for the Buck" value makes it easily affordable, ease of use, picture clarity/quality makes this a hands down easy decision. If you don't have one but need one I would highly recommend this. It's a solid choice and I'm extremely happy I did the research and chose this. 5 stars across the board!

It was only three months since we got it and one day the screen went black while the sound still working. Was able to reset it with holding the power button, so it appears to be a software issue rather than a bad led panel. Now it's doing this almost every day at random times. Quite unexpected for LG... Otherwise, the picture quality and the magic remote are great.Update: LG customer care via website was very responsive and we got the TV fixed, luckily we're still under warranty

This is truly a quality product, specially for that price. The quality of the picture is truly great; however, please note that the content will looks gorgeous if it’s in HD. This TV does a tremendously fantastic job at displaying HD content. Sound is fantastic as well, it is great for casual TV viewing. Lastly. The WebOS is in my experience one of the best TV operating systems you will find in the market. It’s cursor like navigation input makes it so easy to navigate the apps and your content. This is truly la creme de la creme for a midrange high quality TV.

When we were initially researching replacement TVs I wasn’t sold on this price. However, after comparing reviews to other TVs that may have been cheaper, it seemed like this was the better option. We have only had it for a month, and so far it works well. The remote is easy to use, and the pointer feature is handy too. The apps that are already included on the tv are helpful, compared to having to download them. And the picture is remarkable! The only issue we have found is the ability for the internet to stay connected, but there are some other issues that could have caused this. Overall, yes… it’s pricy. But it does seem to be worth the money.

Upgraded my 55 inch in master bedroom main suite. Love everything about this TV and remote! Love the clarity of pictures, sound quality, connecting to my streaming accounts, voice control, the remote working like a mouse too, totally cool for web browsing, or while using Apps. The little tear drop thing in last picture is the mouse you can use to scroll with.
