Easy to setup, post goes in base hole, seat goes on top of post. There is nothing holding it together, but sitting on it seems to push the parts together enough that it stays together when you pick it up from the seat. Comfortable.

I purchased these to use in a production shop.They work really well and roll around a shop floor extremely well.Pros1. Adjustable height is perfect for working on things that are relatively close to the floor.2. They roll around great.3. Having a place to put tolls below you is a pretty good thought, but for things you are having to reach for repeatedly throughout the day it becomes a little tiresome on the back so my crew decided to only put things there that they might need once every 30 minutes or so.Cons1. The weight limit is listed at 300 lbs. I think this might be true if you are sitting in one place. But with our people that are approaching 300 lbs they kept breaking the wheels and the stem as they moved around. Those of us who are closer to the 200 lb range have had no problems however.

This stoole does so much better than any four wheeler I've ever used!
