It works!
I know a little about stink. I'm a former Marine, former collegiate lacrosse player, and an avid beer league hockey player with two sons. Certain sports gear stinks. I've tried lots of things and this works wonders. Just follow the instructions on the bottle. Super stank gear gets washed twice and viola- no more stank!

Good stuff: works well and stink and gentle on gear.
I have been using this detergent since halfway through the Lacrosse season for both sons gear. I started out with Hex -- it was okay, but we didn't always get all the funk out and didn't like the scent residue. The Beek's seems to work a little better on both accounts -- stink and filth -- but still leaves a residue scent, not too unpleasant though. I think I need to just keep setting the "extra rinse" button on the washing machine.Another positive: I really like that all the sports fabrics still look great. I think I may have used detergents in the past that were too harsh and the material just looked too beaten up to sell or hand down at the end of the season. I could proudly turn in their school gear this year AND sell or pass on their personal gear -- it all still looked only lightly used.

Works on Stinky hockey gear
It works better than anything else we've tried. Does the job on our kids stinky hockey equipment.... Not sure that there is a better endorsement than that
