Got this fan with lot of fear but it was worth all the penny......a wonder full buy that has added beauty to my house. It has been working pretty much well.

I am increasing my rating to 3. Customer care replaced controller and it's working fine now. Customer service was very slow. It took almost 3 weeks to correct issue. Everything is remote support, which may not helpful sometime. Person in hot weather may not wait for multiple weeks. Otherwise fine look awesome in your living room. It look very solid from inside.Previous comment:I am struggling with fan as it's start sometime after switch on. It doesn't work other time. If, I wait over night then chances are that it will start again. I got little frustrated. I have called customer care. Let me check their response. If, problem solved fast then I will definitely change my rating and update review.

The remote broke down within a year and i ordered new remote from their website it self, 3 seperate electricians tried to fit it but its faulty, when i informed company about this, they did nothing about it, im gonna throw this piece of trash in dustbin, please go for other fans, there are very good chandlier fans in other companies.

I got this fan 2 years back and mounted in the dining area. Yes , looks very aesthetic, fan speed was average. But had some issue with switching on the fan within couple of months with the remote. The customer service responded promptly sent me alternate remote with new controller unit, which didn't work. So I continued with the old one. One day I found the broken pieces of the crystals on the table and found the edges of the hanging damaged. From that day , I had stopped using the fan. When I again contacted the customer care, they sent me a replacement for the damaged crystal hanging.. Now I have removed all the hangings and using the fan ..... Did I make a right choice?

The media could not be loaded. I gifted this to my brother in Singapore. They loved it so much. I have seen few other brands too but I think the quality of this chandelier fan is better than any other brand.
