The box kept updating when you turn it on. It takes at least 2-4 minutes to complete the upgrade. It is quite annoying. Also it is quite slow for a 2GB device compare to the other ones with the same specs. The remote has to be pointing directly at the box in order for it to work unlike the T95Z that I had. Returned....

We found this very simple to set up and with a little practice, easy to use. There are youtube videos that explain kodi and how it works - I would recommend watching some of them. The little problems you run into when finding a video to watch are far outweighed by the usefulness and savings you get from this device.

Bluetooth isn't compatible with the keyboard I bought, and the remote with the item died within 4 months of light use; and since I can't sync a new remote with it via bluetooth this item is now useless.

Everything is great - - the remote it came with is S-L-O-W... but I purchased a mini wireless keyboard and it's fantastic!!!

very disappointed...box freezes and many shows not available...many shows need permission...too involved just finding an ordinary show...wish it could be simplified....set up was smooth....but for practical everyday use...you need to be a patient, time wasting saint just to watch a show...NO YHANKS fellas..you've got a long way to go yet...

Really nice box and a good price works like a charm no complaining here easy setup apps already installed ready to go I like the setup and self clean app and nice to have speed test installed wondering when these will be available again plan on buying more for the price.

This is a great box. Now it comes with a good bit of apps stone of which i am familiar with and some not. But overall i definitely would recommend this box you Wil not be disappointed.
