Doesn’t mention any frequencies, but does a good job at transmitting and receiving the dmx signals.

Q: Are there and differences(ie signal range)between the receivers with indicators and with the full antenna on the ends other than the indicator itself?

The range is limited by the receivers' ability *and* the transmitter's power. It can be complicated to figure that out on your own. Instead of focusing on that, I found it more helpful to just take the max distance for the system as specified and leave the details to the vendor. You might get less distance if the devices can't see each other well (e.g. light trusses, cables in the way)
