I got it to help with my relentless Restless Leg Syndrome—because apparently my legs think 2 a.m. is the perfect time for jazzercise circa 1987… and let me tell you, this thing delivers.The wooden rollers glide smoothly, the handles make it easy to use without feeling like a full-body workout, and it hits just the right amount of pressure. I’ve used it while watching TV, before bed, and once during a particularly boring Zoom meeting (no regrets). It’s sturdy, beautifully made, and doesn’t squeak or splinter, just rolls and relaxes.

Great quality wood. It rolls and stops so you can either roll it or drag it on the areas you need. It's a little bigger than a rolling pin. Great value. The massage is wonderful. The only way you would bruise is if you have sensitive skin and apply too much pressure. Would highly recommend!

I'm super happy with the Deston Manual Massager Wooden Handheld Roller! The massager stick is excellent for working out any knots or soreness you have. It is easy to use independently or for someone else to use. The wood it is made with is nice quality and the construction is solid.
