Must read.
Once someone told me that...."We all have a hidden leader, a hidden Naruto inside us. And all we need to do is to nurture it."This book proves it right as well.My friends have you ever thought that what's the difference between normal people and leaders like MS Dhoni, LeBron James?Or, why only a few people like Ratan Tata sir, manage to do awesome things? And how we can be like these legendary guys?If yes, then this book is for You.Honestly, it's one of the best books I have ever read on Leadership and that's why today I am recommending it to you guys.📘 About the book:-The story starts with two brothers Sandeep and Sanju sitting on a hospital bench while their father was in a critical state. They were really worried and went inside to talk to him. Then, to their surprise, their father suddenly started talking about their dreams and started giving motivational examples. The whole environment became really positive. And after a while he told them "to have big dreams and be trendsetters of whatever field they choose."That was his last message!!After stabilizing themselves emotionally and mentally, both Sandeep and Sanju wrote their goals and decided to pursue entrepreneurship. They worked very hard, kept learning new things. And followed a certain framework which eventually lead them to an awesome path.Plus, the best thing they did was to combine the learnings from "Cricket and Corporate" and it helped them to overcome a lot of challenges, to outwork their competition, etc. Now, after a few years, their company grew at a big level and they were the name among millions. Not only this, but their self growth was also exceptional. Sandeep became a famous motivational speaker, consultant and Sanju became a star entrepreneur. But, the question is, what did they do?How did they become so awesome while starting from scratch and no outer support? How did they build a great empire while getting an edge from others? And most importantly what's that Framework they followed?Read this book to know all these things. And believe me you will be amazed by the golden lessons given in it.Now, let me tell you....🔷 What I liked the most:-. First of all the very vision behind the book made a special place in my heart"Which is to show how to be an exceptional leader and how to create 100s of other as well". I really loved the way author has narrated the story. Every character, every situation, everything is portrayed beautifully. Next is the USP of this book, which is:-🔭 The step by step process for starting from zero to becoming a hero. And this is the best thing about this book.🎖️ As, instead of just explaining it in a chunky manner, the author has divided it into various chapters and explained everything amazingly.. Plus, the quotes, the examples of great people like Swami VivekanandaAnd the "action to reader" in the ending of each chapter, all these things adds their own taste while reading it.My friends, I can say by full confidence that-Anyone who reads this book will definitely understand the complete process of being a great entrepreneur and a leader.💥 Some of the lessons which I learned from it are:-1️⃣. Find the Ikigai of your life:-It's a Japanese concept which says that, find the point where your passion, vocation, profession, and mission meet. This Ikigai gives us the purpose to live, to work everyday even when we don't want to.It's by far the strongest and most important thing which we all must find2️⃣. Write your goals:- it will help us to have more clarity and focus in our journey3️⃣. Work hard and keep learning. Plus, try everything and then see what works for you best. Then, after a while...4️⃣. Build a pack of like minded people:-To grow any business, having a team of highly ambitious and passionate people is must.Business is like sports. You have to be the Kobe Bryant of your game, you have to be a leader like LeBron James who focus on the growth of the team as equally as his own.🏆And in order to build such a powerful team:-✓ Hire right people✓ See their values, mindset, and how they react in tough times based on their past. If these matches your mission. Then, you are set. Now start....5️⃣. Building trust:-As, if your teammates trust you and feel that you genuinely care for them and their growth. Then, my friend you are going to do really well.Because it's the Trust which connects us, gives us strength and makes us to do the impossibleAnd, with this we should build a culture, winning mindset in our company."As, it will make everyone focused on why they are doing what they are doing and how they can do it better."6️⃣. Dreams come true:-Yes, they do when we work by putting our heart and soul in them.We should always remember that everything is achievable if we have the right purpose and work ethics7️⃣. Be grateful, be a mentorAfter achieving the dreams we should focus on creating more and more leaders who will carry on the good work.Plus, we must help those who are just starting, as once we were at their place too and we know how it feels there. These are only a few of the lessons guys. There are many such awesome points in it.💫 So, if you want to be an entrepreneur, a leader or a trendsetter of your fields. Then, read this book. I am sure you will love it.🌟My rating:- 4.5/5

Good read
"Leadership Lessons from 22 yards: An interesting comparison of cricket and corporate stories for entrepreneurs and leaders to create high performance teams and winning culture" by Srikanth Ram is a book which is a blend of fiction with self-help thoughts.Kudos! To the author, the way he penned down this read was truly amazing as well as inspiring. This read talks about the term "Leadership" explained amazingly by the story of two brothers, namely Sandeep and Sanju and their father who was lying on the deathbed and was suffering from a crucial disease. Grab your copies now and do go through this wonderful work. Now, coming on the book cover, it's very well-designed and presented. The title was apt and well-suited. The writing style of the author was simple and easy to grab. The narrations were apt. The explanations were great. The pace was good. All the characters were strongly presented.Overall, an inspiring read and will definitely recommend.
