Fantastic and awesome design
These neutral white bulbs were awesome. Different from the usual bulb design.

Perfect size for narrow shades
I had an old lampshade which needed a narrow bulb - this was the only bulb i got that fit my requirement. The standard bulbs were too wide

Light stopped work
The media could not be loaded. I have used only around 4500 hours and it goes down.please replace my bulb so expensive but quality is very poor.

Good Product and as expected.
I think very few manufacturers make 4000k E27lamps, could find only prominent brand is Osram, product as expected, its good.

Fused just in 4 days of service...poor build quality... didnot expect such thing from a branded product

Works as advertised.
I searched high and low for a neutral white e27 bulb of about 9-10W to install in my table lamp and this was the only one available. It is compact and quite bright but the electronics run quite hot. Hopefully this won’t affect the bulb but I am pulling one star out because of it.

Bulb gave up within 6 months of purchase and no proper warranty support from OSRAM
One of the OSRAM LED 10W E27 bulb gave up within a year of purchase. When contacted OSRAm india support mentioend on the box, they asked to travel around 30 kms to a distributor for replacment. While I travelled there through a car, that distributor denied replacement and I had to make few calls to and fro to the OSRAM support people, although I had to take 7W bulb as replacement due to out of stock. Finally, I had to spend aruond INR Rs.500/- for fuel in order to get a replacement for an inferior item. Service support of OSRAM really sucks and they do not provide any direct support to its customers.
