Would buy again (but shouldn't have to!)Durable, well made, fits well in back pocket. Holds sharpies, pens, pencils, and your standard Rite in the Rain notepads!Could be used to hold a phone or other small devices, as well. As a farmer I can vouch for it's durability! I've put mine through the wringer and it's still in great shape.

This is a great product for being in the field or if it can live in a pack or briefcase. It is not very well suited for the back-pocket country. I need something that is durable and refillable and fits in my back pocket without being a literal pain in the a$$. This mostly does the job but in order to keep it in my pocket comfortably I have to forgo keeping pens/highlighters in it. The Rite in the Rain notepad that fits in this is also good but only if you have a Rite in the Rain pen or Fisher Space pen or something with ink that will work. The Rite in the Rain paper does not take well to Pilot G2 or Pilot Precise pens. These are, however, my favorite pens. I'm also not impressed with the water resistance of the paper. My notepad got wet and warped the pages and the ink smeared. Bottom line: this needs to be smaller (by about and inch all around) and allow for pens without poking or printing though the material. But if it's going to be in a chest pocket or pack or something then it's great.

This is great. I'm using it to carry my Rocketbook note pad. Works perfect, there's plenty of space to hold 4 pens and the cloth to clean the Rocketbook. I also have a Right as Rain notepad in there too. Very happy with this.

While this is designed to carry notepads I've been using it as a pocket organizer. It's roomy enough to stash an iPhone mini along with keys pens vitamin case and still more. It has four slots for pens & a pocket behind the slots; the pocket on the other side is for a pad. It fits in a back or chest pocket easily and seems to be tough as nails. The zipper seems strong with no struggle needed to open or close. The fabric is waterproof and seems durable. Product is made in Tacoma Wa USA. I am very happy with this purchase. It is clearly made from high quality materials and it is very well thought out. I am able to carry a notebook, five pens, business cards, and some assorted other cards easily in the pouch. The top can either lie flat or fold over under the bottom when writing. The zipper is fantastic and never snags. If you need a good, well made, weather resistant notebook pouch for the field - this is the one for you.

Needed a small cover for a pad and pens that would fit in the cargo pocket of my work pants. This fit the bill. It’s nothing special. Holds 2 note pads and some pens/pencils. Zips shut.

Well. It is definitely for thicker pads. And I don't see a direct benefit of using it...

Product arrived before time, in perfect order. After a 1st inspection I found no faults in the manufacturing process. There is plenty of space for Biros, Sharpies, Hi Liter pens and the correct sized note book. As with all good quality zips if you treat them gently they won't let you down. All the quality checks passed and for that reason I gave it a 5 because I really can't see how you can destroy it in normal use. You'd have to work very hard to get it to malfunction. I did think the price was a bit steep but at least I got a quality product that will last as long as you look after it. I'm happy with it and would recommend it, especially if you do a lot of map work out in the field or your job requires you to inspect machinery etc, and record notes, out in the rain. The correct notebook would obviously be one of those Rite in the Rain notebooks, they do work if you use the correct writing implement. So, recommended. It'll look after your notebook/pens in one bundle so you don't have to search for things in the dark and rain. Doesn't get much better than that.

Quite overpriced for what it is, especially since its not waterproof lol, but its a handy notebook cover. I just wish it had some velcro on the front for moral patches!
