I'm a fan of BlueQ bags. I know what I'm getting when I purchase these bags (I have a few). They are not lined. They're a stiff crinkly plastic feel recycled material. They zip easily and have held up well for me over the years. Super lightweight which has been great for travel when trying to keep my packing light.
