Why no credits for music accompanying musicians?
Great collection of Amy live! But why BBC? Why no credits for fellow musicians (eg track 6 on CD1)? You list BBC cronies like Jools Holland, but why ignore singers etc who arguably contribute far more than Mr Squeeze?
