I purchased this icemaker in an attempt to save money on constantly re-purchasing replacement water filters for our refrigerator. My husband uses a lot of ice for his cooler during the summer months while he’s working. Therefore also leaving us without any ice to use for our drinks.this icemaker has been one of the best purchases I have made in a long time.it’s unbelievably fast, so he’s able to fill a medium sized cooler daily. saving us money on filters, and also saving ice for the family to use during the day.since owning this new appliance we now have sufficient ice supply and demand at all times for our large family of 6..it’s also extremely easy to use, especially since I have it set up right next to my kitchen sink. I only have to pull out the Faucet head and fill it up to its indicated line. don’t overfill it, Machine will provide poor quality ice if you do so.it’s been in nearly constant use 24 hours, 7 days a week now for the past 2 months, and holding up extremely well. Still working like new!it’s compact,quiet, also very sleek and modern looking. complements my kitchen nicely.With the cost of water filters alone, I calculate that this icemaker will pay for itself within four months.Worth every penny, highly recommended!

The media could not be loaded. I’ve heard from friends with countertop ice makers that theirs lasted only about a year (they think because they ran it 24/7) and was noisy. This WiFi ice makers fixes that! I’ve had it about a month and here is my review.If I want ice water before bed, I just turn this on as I get ready for bed and within 15 minutes I have enough ice for my water bottle. I have a schedule set so there is ice waiting for me in the morning too. It’s not running all day and I love that I can control that.I also love that if I don’t use the ice, the water melts right back into the reservoir to make more ice later. I don’t have empty water from this and it takes a while until I have to refill it.The ice does melt faster in my water than ice from the store because it is hollow inside. That is my only complaint but this is a feature of every countertop ice maker and not specific to this brand.Love this ice maker!! Would recommend to anyone looking to get one.

Easy set up. Quiet. Looks nice. Made ice quickly. ONLY WORKED FOR 2 days & just quit making ice. Loved it until it didn’t work anymore. Very disappointed! *UPDATE: we returned & they replaced with a new one. It’s been working great & no issues since.

Not too ugly at all to have sitting on your countertop. Plugs into the wall and connects to your WiFi in order to utilize the app, which is simple yet very functional. I can be upstairs in bed, and turn it on via the app and travel downstairs to have a fresh set of ice cubes in about eight minutes!Only drawback is that it doesn’t keep the ice frozen, so you have a window of opportunity to either stick the cubes in your freezer in order to maintain them, or put them in a glass to enjoy with your drink. However, when any leftover ice melts, it goes directly back into the reservoir to use to make another batch of ice! This is the perfect machine for any kitchen that doesn’t have a fridge with a working ice-maker.

I thought it would be nice to have ice in my office/shop and ordered to try it. I waited about 6 months to unbox and to my surprise, it didn't work. I noticed it was too late to return it, but when I sent SnoWorld an email explaining my situation, they were incredibly supportive and with their patient attention to my issue and after some diligent troubleshooting, they sent me a replacement. I've been using the replacement for about 2 months now and have no idea how I lived without it. I love how quick it makes ice. I really just turn it on for about 15-20 mins, take all the ice it makes (about 3-4 cups) and turn it off again. I ran it once for an entire day and love that it has the auto-pause to hibernate until I take some ice.It really is a great little miracle machine and I couldn't be happier with it.

Reviewing after using it for for few days....there is no way in Hell that this ice machine would be "Great" for a home bar or a party. This thing makes 6 ice bullets every 10 mins!(See picture)The ice melts super fast so I'm thinking the ice maker doesn't drop it to the right temperature. The bullets melt before it can dump the next 6 so you'll never get a full glass of ice. The App is cool though. I like how you can schedule the machine to turn on at a certain time. But dislike that you can't schedule it to shut off on its own. Mine turns on at 12pm every day and come 9pm it's still running. So I have to manually turn it off. Probably going to keep it a few more days before deciding to return it or keep it.Update 8/30: DEFINITELY RETURNING IT.I'm so frustrated with this thing. After 3 hours I'm still only getting about 1/4 of a cup of ice that's already half way melted. I don't see how I have the same machine as all these others that are reviewing saying how great it is????. Definitely not worth $139.

I have to say that many times companies add extra features to cover up the fact that the product is not of good quality. NOT IN THIS CASE! For the price, you really will find it very hard to beat. It does everything that an ice maker of this type and price point should do and does it well. I really feel that the WIFI app really makes this an outstanding value. The difficult situation with ice makers of this type is that they are not intended to run all the time. They are not insulated to keep the ice for long periods which is just the way that most if not all ice makers of this type work. But, when you turn it on you have to wait for the first cycle to complete before you have a few ice cubes. BUT, with the app you can set the on and off times for each day of the week. You can set it to turn on an hour before you normally need ice cubes and when you need them they are there ready to go! And in the evening, you don’t have to turn it off. I think this solves one of the biggest drawbacks of ice makers at this price point. I am very happy with this purchase.
