These mirrors are good quality and the 5/16" 24 TPI thread is correct for the Harley Davidson XG500 and XG750 Street models. Upper arm is 1" longer than OEM, which make them stick out to the sides more (which makes them better than OEM). Inspect them and make sure that the threads are not damaged before installing. Make sure that the OEM riser tubes (#3 in the diagram) thread onto the new mirrors easily.

I got these long stem mirrors for my Iron 883 because I couldn't see past my own shoulders without having to tilt my head. These mirrors were shipped to me quickly and work so much better for than the factory mirrors did. So much more comfortable knowing I can look behind myself with only a glance. These feel very well built and looks like factory except they are in gloss black instead of a denim or matte black. But that would be the only negative that I would report but it still doesn't matter to me as well as they've allowed me to see behind me. 5 stars!

While looking up mirrors to fit my 2006 Harley Wide Glide, there were no shortage of mirrors to choose from. While looking through reviews, I learned that most are a metric 8mm thread. That may be ok for many models, but for me it wouldn't work since my right hand turn signal mounts to the end of the threaded stud of that mirror and is a 5/16" thread. These specified 5/16" in the description and they in fact came with the correct thread. They fit great, they look great, and seem to be of really good quality.

These are a bit taller and longer than the factory mirrors on my 2018 Breakout.The image is no more blurred than the HD mirrors provided.The fit and finish was on par with the factory ones.Now I can see more than my elbows.

Hard to make fit. Good thing my husband was a maintenance mechanic.

I recently purchased a used HD Sportster Iron 883 and the previous owner replaced the stock mirrors with $150 HD custom mirrors. They were thin and tapered and did not provide a good view at all. Bought these and installed them in 10 minutes and they're great. Can see behind me now.
