Installing was easy. Fader works great.

Does it's job Installation not quite some easy
Didn't like the fact that the item looked like it was used or somebody returned it. Setup was a little difficult as the instructions said to line up the connectors with the gray wires matching but the color code was off and it was a matter of plugging it in and if it didn't work I had to switch the connection the other way.
