Reasonable alternative to Bowflex in India? It seems to function on the same design. Good product if you are low on space, or want to progress without having to get new dumbbells regularly. Don't get for light exercises or if you only use a fixed pair or two. These are much larger compared to a single dumbbell, and it matters when actually exercising. Your actual movements will change (to adjust for the sheer volume) depending on the range of motion of your exercise.Mechanically, there is some amount of play in the plates even after locking them in, but I don't think it impacts safety, it just feels cheap and less sturdy.

Worth every penny

The item itself is pretty good. But one of them got stuck with the weights on 1 side. As I tried to repair it I unknowingly removed some part which is factory fitted. On contacting with the customer support I was told that they will get back to me with a solution. After almost a month after me following they tell me that they can't provide any solution. So I am left with just working dumbbell now. The product is OK but the customer support left a very negative experience for me. Wouldn't recommend this brand to anyone.

I bought this on January, 2024. I've been using this not too often since I bought it only to supplement my bodyweight exercises. But recently, I've been aiming to do lightweight lifting (1/3 of the weight that you would be able to do only one rep maximum). So, this is perfect. I recommend buying this and doing light weight high reps for stamina, endurance, muscle and no injury or damage on nerves. Just buy this, buy a bench, and follow a light weight high reps routine. Its' all you need.

I had the Flexnest dumbbells of the same size before. Had to give them away.Ordered these as they were way cheaper, around 5k difference between the flexnest same weights.Decent quality and weights don't get stuck like it used to do in flexnest even after a week of use.Prefer to go with these.

Product was just like I was expecting. It make home workout easier. Dumbells are 24 kg each.It was a good buy for me. I bought the rod also which can use to convert the dumbbell to barbell. It is easily convertible. Overall a good buy for me. I bought the product for Rs. 16,200/- approx.
