Great customer service. My Optiphen arrived when it was very cold and there was a precipitate in the solution. I contacted the company through Amazon and they explained the problem and told me how to correct it. End of problem!

Great for use in room sprays.

I have been using this formula of preservative for several years in lotion and leave in conditioner. I have never noticed any issues with irritation nor have I seen any problems with bacterial growth or mold that I could see…. I do notice a slight chemical smell when using this preservative especially in unscented products that I have made.

I love it. My products do very well with it. I make soap, lotions, shampoo, bath bombs, hair mask,shave cream and so much more. Anything that contains water or be in contact with water, gets the Optiphen. Very pleased with it.

Optiphen Plus is the only preservative I choose. It is doing an excellent job for my products. Thank you very much for this product.

I received an open bottle with a broken safety seal that was tainted from Amazon. Yuck. But I contacted Talsen & they sent me a replacement that I just received. It’s in perfect condition & has an intact safety seal. I appreciate the seller taking care of the problem promptly.

Use this for various salt scrubs and other hand crafted products. Arrived quickly, and a great value. I couldn’t find this size at a better price anywhere!
