Best 70-200mm lens on the market
Super fast and very sharp - as someone used to prime lenses I'm very impressed with the results. Also lightweight and easy to carry - even with the lens hood attached. The f4 aperture has been no problem when shooting in low light, and I've had surprisingly good results on high ISOs. The construction and handling of the lens is superb - I've been taking pictures out in the rain several times, with no additional lens protection (just the lens hood attached), and despite the amount of water I've had zero issues with it and my Canon R6. It is a real workhorse.In conclusion - you really get what you pay for here, the quality is outstanding. Great piece of kit.

Amazing lens sharp and fast autofocus
Didn’t purchase this one from Amazon, but I am a very regular customer. I have several Canon ef-l lenses and this is my second canon rf lens. I am totally blown away with the sharp images and fast autofocus. It may only have an F4 aperture, but the very effective image stabilisation makes up for this. The only downside is the usual canon high price. If you can stretch to it you won’t be disappointed.

I cannot fault this lens.
I did not buy this lens on Amazon but, as a prolific Amazon customer, I thought I’d offer a review. For me, this lens is perfect with my Canon R5. It’s lightweight and incredibly compact. Build quality is excellent and image quality as good as I’ve experienced with any lens. It’s ultra sharp from edge to edge and at all focal lengths. I can detect no aberrations or distortion in real-world use. Autofocus is extremely fast and quiet. An absolute triumph in lens design.

Very disappointed
Unfortunately on only the third time of using this lens it completely failed. The camera simply would not operate. Error 60 lens fault the camera said. Nothing would make it operate. Needless to say it has been returned for a refund direct from Amazon. The seller did not respond to my communication complaining about the failure. Amazon were very good however.
