This is one of the best probiotic I have every used (I have used many, many over the years). I can tell the difference as it makes poop well formed, comes out easily. General better bowel feeling overall. This is recognized by many functional medicine practitioners as a goto product. My acupuncturist told me that the pre feeds the pro and they work together. I don't know if they work but I take them. I guess I would know if they didn't!
