Item was broken on the side when I unboxed it the Bluetooth does work remote does not all I needed was the Bluetooth for working out I put the pieces back together with hot glue and tape speaker works I really just didn’t want to go thru the return process thanks

When this product showed up, it had no way to charge it. The adapter sent was incorrect. I called cusotmer support and spoke to MARK ANTHONY HAGOS. WARNING WARNING WARNING - Thier cusotmer service team is not English as a first language speaking and they are VERY difficult to understand. Mark made me jump through hoops. . . asking me to send pictures, send copy of my reciept, etc etc. He then started emailing me asking me to try different chargers and other non issue related questions. ABSOLUTELY Frustrating. I am now on the phone with DREW - non English as a first language and have been on hold for a while. . . . By the way, the product is HORRIBLE and parts are falling off and breaking. Had to go our and get a USB chord to power it up and charge for several hours to get 20 minutes of useage. JUNK JUNK JUNK - Never again ! ! 1

I purchased this Bluetooth speaker for parties, I entertain quite a bit, and this was exactly what I needed. Right out the box a few of my favorite things I liked were how lightweight it is, makes carrying it around either inside or out very convenient. Also, that it comes with a handy remote to be able to control things without having to access the actual speaker. It is even louder than I thought it would be and the LED lights is a really nice addition to any party. If you have a microphone, you can make a karaoke machine which is fun for my guests, kids love it. Luckily it is rechargeable, so I just charge it up for my next event and were good to go. Connect easily to the phone and just enjoy the night. Great buy!

Product sucks won't charge

First of everything about it is simple and easy to use. The issue I have is it's so light that you know the 12 inch speaker has a tiny magnet which means little bass at all. It is loud and on some songs it does better but overall it's not what I'm needing but would work well for at home parties or meetings.

Bought this and returned it as I felt it was not worth the price and also it did not excel at its category and was out performed by much smaller options. The sound quality was not the best and was average mid grade although the eq of it seemed way off. The lights were nothing to write home about and I feel the lights were meant to make it a party speaker but in reality you wont be able to hear the music coming from this over a party. At higher volume levels, the sound quality distorted and was more on par with much smaller speakers like a jbl flip 4. So I'd either go with a smaller speaker with better sound or spend much more on an actual party speaker that has good and loud sound quality and possibly some additional lights. I cannot recommend this product as it is in between the two options I have described and is kinda niche in it's usefulness. Remote, battery life and light functions were all eh.
