I have tried other Ashwagandha but read the benefits of Sensoril Ashwagandha extract involving the root and leaf so I thought I would try it. I can really feel a difference in calmness, I take 1 at breakfast and 1 with dinner. Life is good with this stuff.

Take it every day. It seems to help you recover from workouts, I feel stronger - don't know if that is subjective or not. I always use this.

I'm giving this supplement 5 stars because it is high quality and potent. However, after having a pretty extreme inflammatory reaction to it I learned that ashwagandha is a night shade plant so I had to stop taking it immediately. If you take this and experience a headache or fibromyalgia like symptoms you probably have a night shade sensitivity like me. Also worth noting that if you have thyroid issues you should not take this either.

I used to take stress vitamins or magnesium until I found these bad boys. This will mellow you out! You feel at ease , like nothing else matters. I be a work just smiling away lol. Definitely recommend especially if you work retail or at the office

Honestly not sure if it is working or not ... I want to say it is, but truthfully not much change. However I have not been taking it very long perhaps it is more effective with time ?
