Easy to assemble. The ball rack was damaged. I sent some pictures and asked for a replacement part. I was offered a refund if I sent back, but I was isolating and unable to send back. I explained that I only needed the part, no refund, but the part wasn't offered. It's not the best quality and very expensive for what it is, but it does the job and was delivered quickly.

The rack is easy to assemble as it comes flat packed.unfortunately mine arrived damaged.I didn’t send it back I just glued it as it took a while for delivery.otherwise it looks nice and houses the cues and balls nicely

4 stars is a fair review here, it looks nice and does the job. I was expecting it to look a bit more custom where it looks very much off the assembly line. We'll see how long it lasts, at first look it could be pretty beat up in a couple of years but time will tell.

Do not recommend buying. Clips started breaking almost immediately after installation. Looks great on the wall but not useful if the cues can’t be held.
