StudioFX 800 Watt Large Photography Softbox Continuous Photo Lighting Kit 16" x 24" by Kaezi H9004S-1

I ordered these lights because I had started a youtube channel. These lights were nice and bright, the assembly was a piece of cake it took less than 2 minutes to set them up and they are long lasting for the price. If I ever needed new lights i would rebuy these.

I've used a more professional light box so at first I kind of laughed at what was in the box, but since this cost 10x as less, it's actually a pretty good value for what you get. What you do get is a light head with two switches, one switch per 2 lights, just like a pro head, and it takes 4 bulbs, which is 1/2 to 1/4 of a pro one and 2x what you get with similar priced units. For the price this is definitely one of the better ones. It's sturdy enough. The pro ones are not that sturdy either, so you need sand bags anyway. The light output is very strong since there's 4 bulbs. There is a slight smell from the light box cover which goes away by wiping it down with a damp towel. Setup was easy enough. It's all plastic and lightweight, but not too lightweight. If you need a soft box at home for product shots, instagram pics, or youtube videos this is what you would want, moreso than pro-level equipment, until you become an "influencer," then you can afford the real deal

For the price it is really good product to buy, it kinda feels cheap but it does job well.As you see on the picture, shipping box was kind of damaged but everything inside was well sealed and protected. Bulbs was well protected, but bulbs are only reason i give this product 4 star. Those bulbs are 110 v and doesn't work outside the US, i live in eastern Europe here is 240V i turned light box on and in 5 minute lights failed, doesn't work anymore. So if you live in out of the US you should consider this, now I'm gonna buy new bulbs for light box which will be extra cost for me.

This softbox is a life-saving! Attending a design college, I'm constantly needing to shoot but may not have time to rent out a lighting kit. With this, I have been able to conduct my own at home shots with great lighting. I'm ordering a second to get better lit photos/videos. I will say one has done me well, but in some cases, I have found it is not bright enough on its own. Also, I have not found a similar product as this price point which is a big deal to me!

Great light, works well. For the price you can't beat it. My only gripe is the stand feels incredibly cheap. I purchased a cheaper light on amazon and the stand that came with that one actually was way more heavy duty! But for the price you could easily upgrade this stand and still be under budget!

I use this to when teach English online and it lights up like day time, even at 2am. There are two switches, each turns on a pair of bulbs. One pair might be enough, if you want summer midday flawless illumination, use both pairs. Easy to assemble, the height can be adjusted to your liking as well as the angle.

I purchased these as they were recommended to me. I like them a lot better then my umbrella lights. Not as blinding and spread light more evenly due to being covered. Only wish they came with some sort of case. Would buy again

The light and softbox work well. The stand is cheap so take your time with it and don't over tighten. Always put on leg front to balance the weight. The electrical cord is not very long so you may need a decent extension cord. This is not intended to replace professional equipment.
