First, I gotta say I am really pleased with the results. I started with page 1 and started working my way to the back. I admit I cheated and looked at the last part on how to do the robot, and that was my first mistake. I totally thought you had to build the 12 different vehicles and they would somehow go together to create the final robot. Hahahaha. My bad. You actually just make the robot using the pieces, not the vehicles!Each bag can be used to create two different vehicles. First vehicle is a traditional construction vehicle, and the second is sort of sci-fi inspired. I was mistaken in thinking you needed the construction vehicles to make the actual robot. I kinda wish I had made the other vehicles first. They look pretty cool!Instructions were easy to follow, and all the pieces fit together easily. There weren't any errors in casting, either. Plastic is nice and solid. Nothing brittle.Now I plan to go back, take them all apart, then start building the robot. I'll update my review with a photo or two of that once it is finished. I can't wait to get started.

This is a great toy. We got it for my 7 year old and he needed some Help following the instructions, but once it was finished he loved it. The only thing I would recommend is labeling the instructions as Truck #1, #2 etc. He opened several bags before we realized and he didn’t have any idea which mode he was trying to build so he was really frustrated. It was hard to read the packaging numbers on the bags. That would be my only recommendation though so it’s more clearly labeled for younger users. The pieces are sturdy and fit together well. We would purchase this again.

I ordered as a Christmas gift and my son just started to put it together. He got to page 4 and the pieces listed on the page were not included with the package. He loves Legos and will sit in the floor for hours building different sets. He was so disappointed when he realized that he didn’t have all the pieces he needed to finish the set. I thought this would be a nice alternative to Legos and allow him to have some variety to the sets he can build but it was a waste of time and money.***Update- after receiving a replacement robot set I decided to help my son with this set to ensure all the pieces were included. After about 10 minutes I realized that each page of the instruction manual had 2 options for the vehicle to build, but he was attempting to build both vehicles from each page…. & there lies our problem! In the end, both boxes ended up having all the pieces we needed and we ended up keeping both because he wanted to make the vehicles and the robot so he could play with them together. He was just so used to the Lego instructions where he would go page by page and to build different things he would have to go to different sections of the manual that he didn’t know he was doing it wrong. I updated my stars to 4 stars. It would have been 5 if the instruction manual was a little clearer or at least gave directions in the beginning to pick 1 vehicle to build from each page or go to the end of the manual to build the robot… that would’ve saved us a lot of trouble! But overall a very nice toy!

If your kid loves to creating things with building blocks then this is perfect!Can built 12 different models with 2 different style or combined into one cool robot. Comes with nice stickers to add and make it look cool.Really good material and very fun. Step-by-step instructions are easy to follow and lead you to build either 24 construction vehicles or one robot. With a little creativity can easily use the parts to assemble your own ideas. It takes a time to build it which is so perfect for these quarantine days to stay occupied 😁👍🏻

We were very excited to receive such a versatile building set at a fraction of the cost compared to Lego brand. However, the images and instructions in the book were so tiny and compacted that it was very difficult to read and see. We built the robot, and the pieces don’t stay together as well as Legos do. The leg of the robot constantly falls off as well as the head, and blue (jet pack?) piece on the robots back. This makes playing with the robot difficult for my son without constantly having to reattach these parts. We were also missing one piece from the set but thankfully found a replacement piece from my sons lego box from other building sets.

My grandson loved this gift. Great value for the money.

We are on level 3 fire evacuation and happened to order and receive this just before we had to leave. The entire set fits easily into a one gallon ziplock bag which helps keep it together between building. Blocks lock tight enough, unlike some sets, so the kids arent frustrated by them coming apart.The many building options are keeping them well occupied. Its nice not having just one thing to complete! And once they built the kit suggestions they are free to use their imaginations and combine a couple different sets for their own creations.It's a good, versatile set that can keep multiple children entertained at the same time.
