Easy on my stomach and tastes great!

I use this to avoid nighttime leg cramps. It is perfect in the evening. Delicious and not gritty.

Bought this for my kiddo for mountain biking and racing. At his last race, he cramped up and did not finish. The medic recommended that we get a better electrolyte formula (we had been using Gatorade). I bought this on the strength of Good Housekeeping’s recommendation. It worked great! My kiddo liked the taste as well. He drank it for his race today and finished strong, even though he was feeling a little under the weather. Great product.

I am very picky when it comes to flavors and this was an amazing find! It didn’t mix the best but I use ice in my water jugs. I think that helped a bit!

I decided to try this after hearing from a friend and dietitian who was trying it. I have really struggled finding the right drink that is mild enough that I don't have to water it down but flavorful enough that it tastes more like a drink than just water.I love this drink! I cannot handle overly sweet products or strong flavors. I tried the raspberry and loved it. I immediately ordered more and am going to try other products (from their website). Sodium in raspberry is 250mg. For those of you who require more sodium, they have a product with 500mg. (I can't remember which flavor it is).If you are celiac, like me, this product is also GF. If you are vegan, most of gnarly's products are vegan.If you have been searching for a hydration product, give this one a try. I have used Skratch, various fizzy tablets, precision hydration, Drip, IV, geez every product out there. This is my new favorite.

I was looking for something tasty, but with a better sodium to potassium ratio. So far this is one of the better ones. I love LMNT especially Salted Watermelon, but the ration for sodium is 10:1. This seems much better than that.

I really like the product but the bag came punctured and the powder was all over

I loved the gnarly hydration mix in the past. However, like all companies giving in to greed, the quality of the product and packaging has declined:1) this product used to contain vitamin b. The latest iteration lacks that vitamin.2) the bag used to contain a scooper. Not anymore (save a penny where you can Gnarly)3) the ziploc closure on top does not work anymore. Now I need to transfer to a Mason Jar.4) with the removal of the scooper, the serving size seems to have increased to a massive tablespoon and a 1/3. Is there more filler AND less vitamins?Long story short, it looks like this company has become the latest victim of corporate greed. $30 for a bag of salt and some cheap minerals and they still have to cut corners for a little more.
