Difficult access to adjustments
I am getting glass break false alarms in the middle of the night waking me up, along with my neighbors. I need to decrease or disable the window breaking sensing condition on this DAS II. This unit is installed deep inside my dash in a hard to access location. Despite Compustar making all other kinds of settings accessible on the T13 remote and on Drone Mobile, you can't adjust the glass sensor without physically accessing this unit! Plus Compustar hides all of the useful manuals to dealers only, so it took me a lot of Google searches to find a programming manual where I could confirm the sillyness. Overall I like the Compustar T13 system, but sometimes I come across things like this where I am scratching my head thinking someone must have been completely clueless when designing this.Update: I was able to stop the false alarms by taking apart the dash, finding where the sensor was mounted on the metal frame, and changing the glass sensitivity to L instead of 3. I had to hunt for an underground dealer manual on the web to find a description of how to program the sensor unit. This is a nice sensor because it has a lot of different sensing methods, but I give it 1 star for Compustar's ridiculous practice of making it so hard for the end-user to adjust the settings.
