I 💗Love love love this product
This is the best out there! This is my 2nd one after my 1st one decided to stop working after years of use😯 I purchased a Kingdom cares to replace it, not happy with that product or purchase at all. The brushes are too soft and they don't have any other than those.I've missed my Prosonic and finally decided to get another one!! Received yesterday and used it in the shower!! Oh how I've miss you Prosonic, never again!! Really noticed the difference between both products. Prosonic gets in and gets deep in the pores and removes them. This is the best product out there in my opinion!😊☺PS .... Mother of Kenny

This item is pure trash and a waste of money. Needless to say, I returned this item. I charged for five days straight, and it STILL would not turn on. I think it is due to an issue with the seller, as I purchased this same item on Groupon and have been using it for two years without complaint.

Updated: after several weeks if use, I find I prefer the new model! This is my second Pro Sonic purchase. The other was purchased several years ago and works perfectly, I just needed one for travel. All three bristle heads on the new unit are extremely gentle-too much so in my opinion. The older pro sonic bristles have a much higher exfoliation level which I appreciated. The bristle head to use on your body is so soft it's silly. We use plastic poofs as exfoliaters, so I expected more heft. if you're super gentle with your skin and very reactive to irritation you will love this.

It looks like the glue had become brittle and it just snapped ...
Unfortunately, when we tried to assemble this product a part broke off and it won't work. It looks like the glue had become brittle and it just snapped in half without pressure being applied. It is disappointing but we are hoping the supplier will honor the 1 year warrantee and just replace it expeditiously. We have an identical ProSonic and had no problems with it at all, but we didn't purchase it from this supplier.
