Would recommend..
Very comfortable headset. Soft cushion on ear piece. Great audio including sound quality in headphone and from microphone. Great for office use. Many attachment cords for phone jack or computer audio included.

Good headset for a call center
Bought this product for our call center, users like it and no complaints so far.

Sound was awful.
Not sure if it was the earphones or the phone system, but unfortunately I couldn’t use this headset.

Works great. Bought it for my wife to use on her LG cell phone for work.

none of the telephone jacks fit
Sorry, but had to return this set - was really disappointed. Even though I chose this headset because there were multiple jacks, none of them fit my standard landline phone :O( which means I'm unable to rate any of volume control, sound quality and comfort.
