Q: Are these Supervisory Splitter Y-Cord compatible with Plantronics headsets and Yealink TP E2 phone system?

Supervisory Splitter Y-Cord is compatible with Poly/Plantronics or any headset with a QD (Quick disconnect) connector. To use this cord you will need 2 headsets and 1 Telephone Connecting Cord.

Q: I can't seem to locate the mute button on the supervisor side for Jabra GN Cord Splitter. Does this actually have that?

Jabra GN Y-Training Cord Splitter will allow both users to hear the caller but only one can speak to the caller. Muted Cable (listen only) on Supervisor Side. There is no mute button, because the cable is already muted.

Q: I want to use the Global Teck Intelligent Cord to connect a VXi headset to a Nortel T7316E will this work?

The flat connection of this cord is for headsets that use the Plantronics style QD (quick-disconnect). Check out your QD on the VXi and if it is labeled "P", then this is the solution for you.

Q: Is the Global Teck Worldwide Headset Cable Adapter A10-16 Direct Connect the same as 66268-02 (A10-16)?

Our items is the same one as the 66268-02 (A10-16). The difference is only the packaging. The part number 66268-02 comes in a white box and 66268-02 comes in a plastic baggie.
