I used this for tabata drills. Good beginner tool. I will go for a longer and heavier cord next go-round.

Here's another use for these straps
My son uses these to train his muscular strength and endurance for lacrosse. I know this is not what typically you would use these straps and the bars for, but he is loving the sport specific training it is providing him in the off season.

I bought this and made my own rip trainer with a 3-4" Wooden dowel and some small hardware from Home Depot. Works great and its an awesome work out.

ce commentaire ne porte pas sur le produit qui est excellent et devait venir compléter mon élastique "médium"... sauf que quand on commande du x-heavy on espère recevoir autre chose que du médium.Amazon a la faute puisque c'est eux qui s'occupe de l'envoi... l'étiquette extérieure indique x heavy mais la corde est marquée médium.Et cela 2 fois de suite...
