Juicy: Pandora's Box

UPDATE: 2/06/14 Ok, so I know there are a lot of people, including myself that isn't into incest; its disgusting, true but to rate a book based on that is sad. it is very rare to find a book where all types of people will enjoy; there will be something in every book no matter who wrote that someome is going to have a problem with. I read a few of the 1 star reviews and was shocked at how many bad reviews this book had. One of them said something about a drunken pastor, there are plenty of drunken wanna-be "pastors" that rape not only their children, but others as well and beat them and their wives. Heck, it's pastors, deacons, minister's, priests who do the same dang thing andctheir not drunk.Yeah it was a bit much but the author wasn't over the top with it. If I could recall, there were 2 maybe 3 sister sex scenes, one "wanna be pastor" rape and the others were being talked about. Had those 30+ reviewers READ the other reviews BEFORE buying this book, they wouldn't be crying about how disgusting this book is now. Don't bash the author on her work because of YOUR faults, READ the reviews before purchasing something next time.There is a part two, YES I will be getting it and I will still recommend this book.Another nasty but great read. I'm not into incest but this book was good; youll find betrayal, cheating, lying, jealousy, revenge, sex and more between the cover of this book. I was hoping for a part two but the would be impossible.Will recommend this book even though theres incest involved.

I like that held my attention and kept wanting more however, I didn't like anyone in this book, LOL. With that being said, purchasing part 2 right now.

Wow this book is insane. This story was about three sisters, Diamond, Pandora and Lexi. The deck seemed to be stacked against this trio. I have one word to sum this all up Scandalous! I enjoyed the fact that this story was not like all the other urban fiction stories I have read as of late. This story takes you on a very different journey and these sisters all with their different personalities are one of a kind.I had 1 pet peeve with this book. The authors states several times, he spat, she spat, they spat, Diamond spat, Pandora spat, etc. The word "spat" started to annoy me about half way through the story. Did no one speak normally? Other than that this book will drag you in from the very first chapter and the ending was unexpected. It was an easy, fast read and I will check out other books by this author.

If you're looking for a banging hood tale...then look no further than Juicy:Pandora's Box. This book is packed chock full of right on time ratchetness along with unadulterated drama for a lifetime. Although the book has a slice of drug dealing activity, the man story line revolves around life's misfortunes of three beautiful, misguided teenage sisters. Coming from a non-traditional single family home, these younglings sought to find their way through life's journey they best they knew how. I love the author's ability to take us into the minds of these girls, giving us insight into how they made their decisions...be they right...or be they wrong. Nicety Couture demonstrated a deliberate delivery in her writing methods that kept me enthralled and turning pages, despite some of the scenes coming up raw and alive as a 3D movie. Not your usual urban tale by a long shot...or shall a say an urban tale with a behind the scenes look into it all. Overall I enjoyed the book immensely and most definitely recommend it as a good read!

SO I WASN'T GOING TO BUY THIS BOOK. IT LOOK BORED AND I JUST WASN'T FEELING IT. TILL I KEEP READING, AND SOON IT START GETTING BETTER. THE TWINS PANDORA AND DI. SEEM LIKE THEY NEVER GET BACK TO TRUST EACH OTHER. THEY BABY SISTER LEXI IS ON DRUGS BAD. AND JUST NASTY ADS HE'LL, WHERE SHE HAVE SEX WITH HER OLDER SISTER MANY TIMES. I FEEL DI THE OLDEST TWIN HAD LEARN HER LESSON, FROM SLEEPING WITH GUY TO GUY AND NOW SHE HAS ____ YOU HAVE TO READ THE STORY. BUT I PRAY IN PART TWO SHE LEARN FROM HER PAST. ALL THREE SISTERS HAD THE SAME BOYFRIEND. BUT HE ONLY WANTED ONE. I HATE WHO PANDORA HAD BECOME. SEEM LIKE HER FIRST KILLED. HER EGO HAD GOT STRONGER. SO MESS UP SHE DON'T CARE FOR OWN BEST FRIEND WHO WAS DOING HER DRITY WORK. AND GOT KILLED. SMH. BUT GOOD BOOK MUST READ. NOW I'M ORDER PART 2!!!!!!!!

Pandora's Box starts off with drama that may seem unrealistic to some, but it actually can happen to some families. The characters-Pandora, Lexi and Diamond-have a lot of issues going on with them and you want to know how they will survive. These girls learn how to get into a lot of trouble with no clear way of getting out of it. They learn that their closest enemies could be those same people who are staring them in their face. Pandora's Box is the type of book that you have to take your time in reading and with an open mind. I'm sure there will be more books by Nicety and she will only get better with more experience.

I finally finished the book, I must say it had me feeling somewhat perplexed. There are certain parts of the book that had my stomach do flip flops, but for some strange reason I had to finish it. This side of life happens to a lot of people in the South as well as other parts of the country. I give Nicety a round of applause for having the guts to write it down. I would like to see a part two. And I must acknowledge that I too would recommend the book to my peers. This is an informative must read because this does really happen. This was def a page turner. This author grasped my attention on the First chapter. Its about these 3 sisters. Pandora, Diamand & Lexi. Struggling to get out of their father's home and grow up fast. And sure enough thats what happens. Pandora went from being a good girl gone bad. Diamond is the oldest sis trying to teach her sisters the ropes when u truly never learn until its to late. And lexi the baby sis that despite her up bringing will truly surprise u. These ladies all go through it . But only 1 will make it on top. And let me just say i thought i could predict this novel. And i truly was shocked by all outcomes. Keep up the fantastic work Nicety amd keep these amazing reads coming.#supportingyoualways

This book was something!! The relationship between the sisters dwindling so quickly gripped me...that was unfortunate. The way Pandora quickly changed was shocking. I loved the book. I am quickly impressed by Nicety even though I have only read a few of her novels. But she surely doesn't disappoint! i enjoyed it minus the incest and yompers LOL
