Q: I want to hang 4 10" atomic wall clocks on my patio showing the time in the 4 time zones. Am I able to set the clocks for each of the time zones ?

Possibly. The clock has 4 time zones on back of clock and a dst button for Arizona . Not sure if signal will adjust to your specific time zone and override

The clock has a distinct one second movement of the second hand, but it's quiet, it does not tick.

Yes the Atomic wall clock does reset itself automatically, all the way from Hawaii. Great wall clock for my outside patio and interesting to see the clock reset itself if I'm in the area when it happens. Definitely would buy this clock .
