Like a Charm!
Having ZERO electric knowledge it took me just a minute to figure out what I was doing wrong (my neighbor actually informed me) connecting the solar panels. I bought a 3 way splitter and it wasn't providing enough voltage because you have to link them together in a chain. My neighbor explained it to me saying 1 train pulls 3 trailers on 1 track, not 3 tracks. When buying I was prompted to buy the splitter in the "buyers also purchased" section so, I figured I'd need it. Everything works straight out of the box, just turn on the AC or DC power to use and choose the correct input (wall/solar/car) to charge and... That's it!Very heavy and VERY sturdy ;)Only issue was the power supply showed up without the solar panels. They were shipped separately and showed up the next day but, there was no notice of this. I was left wondering if part of my shipment was missing and had to waste time contacting customer service to find this information out.

This has been a food/life saver.
I live in a rural area. When we lose power it can sometimes be days before we get it back. I use this to run my small kitchen fridge/freezer. It draws 88 watts. I plug it in every 6 to 8 hours to keep the frozen and fresh foods. The fridge will generally run an hour or so when plugged it and then shut off. Then I turn off the power station. On one charge I can keep the fridge going for 3 days. With 5 solar panels I can recharge this in 1 day (even in January) on a sunny day. I also have taken it to a friend in a nearby town to recharge i (takes about 5 hours to recharge). It keeps my food and insulin from spoiling.

Powerful, easy to assemble, beautiful, Well made
I love that you’re making them now waterproof because the one I have is not that’s the only thing I would’ve changed

Minimum two SP120 solar panels needed. Just buy the five panels.
After the cold spell and no electricity for a many days in Texas, bought the Bluetti 2000wh (AC200P), with five (SP120) 120watts panels, based on reviews by Hobotech and Will Prowse on YouTube.Takes me ten minutes to deploy all five panel on the deck. On a clear day in Central Oregon, charged the batteries from 32% to 100% in about 3-1/2 hrs, between 12pm and about 3:30 or 4.Test so far making breakfast:Kettle boil wataer, toaster, induction cooker for eggs;day one used up 15% of 2Kwh, day two 10%, did it faster 😁. Sofar I figure that I can charge the battery every 5 days. No, you can't use the Kettle, Toaster, and Induction cooker at the same time. It's done serially! One at a time!I learn that the Inverter (DC to 120vAC) uses up 2% per hour of the 2000wh battery just sitting there ready for use.Lesson: turn the Inverter On for use then turn it Off. Think about this way; your phone uses battery just sitting there not being used. When it is Off, it is still using battery, talking to the towers.Have a refrigerator in the garage, Amana (TX21A3L, 115VAC - 7.74amps) and using a kw-meter for 12 hrs real time, it run for 7:16 hrs and used up 1324 wh.Have not run the refrigerator with the Bluetti yet. So. From the numbers I can derive that the battery needs to be recharged every day. And yes, you can use the Bluetti while charging the battery with the solar panels.

MISSING FIVE CRUCIAL CORDS/WIRES, BATTERY DRAINS FAST, HEAVY
First our portable power station shipped separate from the solar panels and both took awhile to ship and arrive. And when it did arrive we checked it only to realize we are missing not one but FIVE crucial cords/wires. (Cords 3, 4, 9, 11, & 13 as labeled in instructions). We have no way to ship this back and for the amount of money we paid we really hoped we would’ve received all of what we paid for. In addition we’ve been trying to use the portable power station obviously somehow without the missing cords and the battery drains insanely fast. The battery literally goes down one percentage point each minute almost maybe every two minutes. I’m not sure if having all necessary cords might change that. It’s heavy and bulky. The ONLY thing I appreciate about this portable power station is the easy to use and visually attractive interface/UI screen thing. Sorry forgot the words but the screen you use is a good size and looks good. Overall absolutely would not recommend to others…

Great versatility and quality but the generator is heavy.
Purchased this for off grid camping in our teardrop and am able to use for shore power to run the small 500W AC for short periods of time if absolutely necessary. I also got this model generator with (3) 120W solar panels for emergency use at home for the occasional extended power outage or zombie apocalypse. Have not used it for a camping excursion yet but am confident about the possibilities it will aford us as we test it out. The only downside is the weight of the generator as my wife would not be able to lift it on her own.

I'm excited with this great buy!
It worked like a chum, straight from the package. Love it, tested it and impressed with it's sturdiness and power it delivers. It is about 60 lbs. Yet to try out charging with the solar panels, but feel confidant it will be ok too.

Great customer service on replacement of defective unit.
I certainly received one of the bunk units your hear about. Spits out fault codes like crazy and the occasional time i can get this to stay on and not shut itself down due to faults it runs a camper fridge for 5 mins (goes grom 100% charge to 97% then immediately to 0%). Then when I charge it with the provided AC adapter it slowly goes from 0% up to 5% then immediately jumps yo 100% and stops charging. Very disappointed, and even if bluetti service gets back to me with a fix I will have a very difficult time trusting this on a remote dry camping trip.Photos show 0% to 100% in 10mins! discharges even faster, beware.**********UPDATE 7/30***********Maxoak customer support quickly responded to my email and offered free arMA abd replacement of the defective unit. I received the new unit within the week and tested it out with great success. Very excited to test this thing out on our next rural camping trip! I will update the review again after we get to use it a bit in practice and see if it pushes me up to 5 stars.
