Q: 2 questions, has this strong wifi 6, or better add an extra wifi router? Also is easy to copy all our network settings from very old Draytek to this?

This model doesn't support wifi 6(802.11ax) - you need to look at the AX editions. 2866ax or 2865ax Regards network settings - this article is quite useful, depending on your model you may be able to export your existing backup into the new model. https://www.draytek.co.uk/support/guides/kb-transferring-configurations

Q: Can these be used to limit (block) intra office pc to pc communication? wish to stop one "infected" pc/ laptop communicating with another. tia.

You could isolate the infected PC in a DMZ, you could block all ports for the network and only forward to non infected in DMZ/Subnet, you could set up a subnet for the infected, but the only reason you would want to keep an infected PC on your network is if you are running a honeypot and if that is your aim you will be able to do all of the above. Personally, I would run virus and malware and remove infected PC's.
