Really good.
Cassava flour tortillas are the most delicious replacement for corn tortillas. Very soft and good flavor. I have tried 3 different brands of cassava flour and this one is my favorite.

Great flour for French crullers and tortillas!
This works so well to make gluten free French crullers! Yummy! I've also made the tortillas from the recipe on the package. So soft and pliable, easy to roll burritos in.

Price more than doubled in one month??!!!:(
On March 27, I purchased this product for $49.99 for 15 lbs. Today, when I went to purchase it again, this product was $105 for the same amount!!!! :( This product is a staple for me as I have to eat AIP for health reasons, and is really the best cassava flour - it’s delicious. But why are they trying to fleece loyal customers??? So disappointing and frustrating.

Consistant
We make tortillas with this flour and they come out great every time. The product is consistently milled to the same light texture. You may have to add more or less flour depending on the current humidity levels but learning to make any tortilla is more about the feel of the dough, these are no exception. We had garlic powder, cilantro or turmeric depending on the flavor profile we want to create. If you choose to use volume vs weight for measurements, make sure you fluff the flour with a spoon before you measure it out. You don't want it to be packed down. I always keep this brand in stock.
