Great for Adults too
This book I bought it for me (40yr old) and did it with my daughter (6yr old). Because of personal trauma I was stuck in the emotional brain of a 15 yr old and this book helped me a lot. Super recommended, and it becomes a handbook to come back to often when you need regulation help.

I love this book!
My son has ADHD and struggles with regulating his emotions in the classroom and at home. For me, as the parent, I love this workbook. I like the notes to the grow-up that give me extra information to support my kiddo as we work together to build regulation skills.The tasks/ activities seem fun, some of them I can even include my younger children to play along.

Great book
I love this book. My stepdaughter suffers from extreme anxiety and this has helped her learn some tools at home. It's very clear and easy to understand.

Great activities but...
I really love some of the strategies and activities in this book. However, I am a school psychologist and was planning and hoping to use this for multiple students. However, the way it is set up it is difficult/impossible to make photocopies of the activities in the book to use for multiple students. It really is set up to use with one student and they write directly in the book which really doesn't work for my role.

Good for my child who struggles with big emotions. Helps give tools on how to better self sooth/ deal with the emotions in a healthy way!

Engages kids
I am so grateful for this book. It has been helping my stepson so much, he loves doing the activities with us, and the content is curated perfectly for his age. I HIGHLY recommend this workbook for helping your littles learn to process and handle emotions in a healthy way!

This book really helped my child develop a lense to view emotions with and just learn how to better regulate. Get this book!
