Nicely packaged. Upon inspection and washing, I think I only had to throw out a total of 3 - 4 peanuts.They were also a nice size: large but not comically jumbo as they can sometimes be. For all intents and purposes, the appearance on these was spot on, clean, uniform in color, and didn't give me any pause.Using the standard 1/2 cup of kosher salt plus 3 tablespoon of adjunct seasoning in 10 cups of water for a pound of these peanuts, was able to bang these in the pressure cooker for 75 minutes on high with natural release for a nice consistency. End product had a pleasant taste where just the right amount of salt was absorbed, but I know that's more of a subjective statement.

I bought these to feed my neighborhood squirrel. He is so cute running in and grabbing one and running off with it. Oh my I have dug up so many buried peanuts planting in my flowerbeds and raised garden 😂. He has been BUSY. He's a joy to watch. I now have a baby squirrel coming. He's tiny. I guess he's this years litter. 💞

I was looking for something that squirrels would like and they do…so do Blue Jays, Woodpeckers, Crackles, crows and Ravens. The young Blue Jay comes up to my window and fusses when the peanuts run out. Really enjoying watching. Of course I have birdseed out too but the peanuts are star of the feast.

These arrived on time and I swear they gave me more than 10 pounds. Four stars because I feel like the peanuts didn't look quite as fresh as the ones I bought at a bird seed supply store. They didn't look AWFUL, just several were dark brown and broken. But I think the squirrels and blue jays probably don't mind. I would order these again if I was almost out and couldn't get to my bird supply store in time.

This arrives in a box with no bags…. We found a big container though. Just thought people should note to be prepared lol. Our outdoor “pet” squirrel is happy!

Birds are happy, especially the blue jays.
