They treated me with such patience and kindness. I had so many back & forth requests, I thought the finished product may be mixed up because of it, however, it was perfect AND it was delivered earlier than expected!! Excellent quality. Fits great. The material is very good. No stretchiness, however - which is fine. The embroidery came out lovely. Very happy.

The embroidery is not like the images. The pictures are deceiving. I paid for embroidery on two different coats. The letters are so tiny and sloppy, they are not legible. The logo looks like a blob of string. The embroidery has loose strings. Poor quality. Do Not Purchase this. This is not refundable if embroidered.

After many years, I needed to obtain a new (clean!!) lab coat.The coat that arrived was very well constructed, and my name and credentials were perfectly embroidered. Since I have been in medicine for almost 40 years, this will probably be the last lab coat I purchase!
