Worked really good. Shows a lot of diagnostics that is good to see. The pre tunes seem to work really good. I got more power and better mileage set on the tow mode on my 2011 Duramax Being able to start a regen makes it handy to plan your regens.

Attempted to use on a 05 duramax and all it did was pull my oem data off, fail to install new tune, and then fail to reinstall oem data, leaving my truck dead as the ecu appears to have no data saved. Tech support is useless, and after 2 hours they told me to take it to the dealer for a reset.

Did the standard download software update for the controller after opening the box. Went to install it in my 2013 2500HD and the the controller works as a monitor but as soon as I go to install one of the preloaded tunes it tells me that the truck needs to be updated and that I need to reconnect to a computer and then call customer service. Customer service isn’t open on the weekends and I received this in on Saturday, two days of a $725 insight is what I’ve had. I’ll update about the customer service I have to make this morning, I’d rather of tested this over the weekend instead of doing this on a work day.

Recommend everybody to get one of these for a diesel truck. It is a great thing.

Bought for my 2004 F-350 6.0 and it said it wasn’t the right SKU for the truck. I might’ve bought the wrong programmer but I’m pretty sure I’d didn’t. Any help I’d appreciated

Regenerates every 75 miles so any mileage gains you get are nullified even on economy mode. Took five attempts to tune initially and also the switch tunes. I’d say power gains are ok but not clean so may as well just delete.
